Your Foundation for Growth & Leadership

IFC serves as the foundational training arm for newcomers and new members, comprising two sequential phases: the Membership School and the Leadership School. It provides essential grounding in the vision, core doctrines, and spiritual baselines of the ministry, then advances students into leadership dynamics, disciple-making, and operational protocols. This arm equips every entrant with the baseline knowledge and leadership capacity required for effective integration into the church community and progression into advanced training tracks. Both phases operate on a self-paced study system, allowing students to progress according to their individual learning speed.
